PHISHSNIPER KNOWLEDGE COACH / INTERACTIVE LEARNING
Learn. Ask. Practise.
Everyday security advice is easy to read and easy to forget. This six-module browser course lets you read a short lesson based on sample policies, try a scenario, see an explanation and return to saved progress.
Six modules with fictional training material, authored checkpoints and progress saved in your browser. No account or download is needed.
This independent portfolio project is separate from my earlier PhishSniper work.

From reading to a decision
I wanted the course to feel easy to return to. Six short modules each end with two choices, feedback on the decision and a link back to the source.
A wrong answer invites another attempt. A module is complete only after you read its lesson and answer both checkpoints correctly. Reloading keeps saved progress, and the dashboard helps you pick up your next lesson.
Ask, then inspect
Ask about your current lesson or search the full course. Each result keeps its original text, version and source identity available to inspect. Current and retired lessons are labelled separately.
Two fictional documents deliberately disagree about a deadline. Both remain visible for comparison. A search match does not establish an answer, and the course cannot invent missing policy.
Try a complete learning loop
- Choose Continue learning and read “Spot the signal”.
- Inspect an original source, then try the two decisions. Follow the feedback if you need another attempt.
- Reload to see your saved progress. Open the lesson again to review your choices.
- Use Ask to inspect relevant evidence. Export your progress from Workspace or reset one module to practise again.
If your browser refuses storage, the course keeps working for the current visit and warns you to export before leaving.
What runs where
Here in the browser: the six-module course, authored checkpoint feedback, saved progress and JavaScript keyword retrieval. Questions stay in memory. This hosted course does not run Python or generate AI explanations.
In the private local companion: Python and FastAPI support semantic retrieval with LangChain, source revisions and instructor review. The source, instructor material and local setup remain private.
What was checked
Headless browser checks cover the six-module journey, wrong-answer feedback, saved progress, source inspection, missing evidence and storage failure. Integration checks also exercise the portfolio’s security policies, refresh behavior and phone, tablet and desktop layouts.
